Registration Agreement 2009/2010

A yearly non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 is required from all students. No registration will be accepted without payment. Due to class demand we must have first month non-refundable tuition in order to reserve a spot.

Your yearly tuition can be paid in full at the beginning of the year. Our schedule is based on a monthly tuitions regardless of studio closings (vacations, holidays, snow days etc.) Monthly payments are due the first week of each month for the upcoming month. Payments made after the 10th of each month will include a $10.00 late charge. A $20.00 bank fee will be charged for all returned checks, and afterwards only cash will be accepted.
Make up classes are available upon request for any missed class time.
Parents may observe class the last week of each month ONLY.

Our dress code is mandatory to all students and needs to be followed at all times:
~Black or Pink leotards or unitards of any style
~Ballet Tights
~Black or Pink ballet skirts or dance shorts
~NO SHIRTS PLEASE
~Hair must be tied up, with bangs tied back
(ages 2 through 8 wear pink ballet shoes, black princess tie taps, white gym shoes, and black jazz shoes(selected classes only). Older students need all pink split sole ballet shoes and the style tap and jazz shoes assigned to you class)

NO GUM CHEWING IN THE DANCE STUDIO
No food or drink in the dance room
No street shoes on the dance floor
September through June is full tuition regardless of when the recital is.
Classes will begin on September 7th. The studio will follow the same vacation schedule as Somerset High. We will be closed the same dates.

Costume prices are as follows:

~Child sizes Small & Medium -$55.00 per costume
~Child size Large ~ $65.00 per comstume
~Adult sizes- Small, Medium, & Large -$65.00Costume per costume
~ Adult sizes- Extra Large & up - $70.00
***Alterations will be a separate charge if costumes needs minor adjustments***

All Costumes are to be Paid in full By December 10th
Recital participation is NOT mandatory obligation. Please make certain that you can commit to ALL rehearsals and recitals prior to signing the recital agreement. Costumes will not be ordered after February 1st. Any Costumes ordered after December 10th will be charged a $20.00 late/shipping fee.

Center Stage is not to be held liable for any injuries obtained from participation in this activity.
Center Stage is not to be held liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Any items left behind will be held in the Lost and Found.
